Hiring of meeting rooms, material and equipment for receptions The Protocole and Event Service of the City of Montpellier manages the renting of rooms which can be put at the disposal of associations for the prompt organization of their activities, one of them (the annex of the town hall Grammont) is also rented to individuals for family celebrations. By deliberation, the City Council planned reductions according to the nature of the event. All the town halls are accessible to the people with reduced mobility. Rooms can be booked from 8:00 am till 11:00 pm.
