The Convention Bureau is your privileged contact. Its mission is to:
- Promote the destination to event organisers, associations and companies.
- Advise organisers and act as an intermediary in relations with service providers.
- Prepare, study and present applications.
- Producing and distributing the city’s conference promotion tools.
- Representing Montpellier as a destination to national and international professional bodies.
- Monitor the quality of services offered by professionals by listening carefully to the organisers.
