Frédéric, nicknamed Joe, and his teams have a passion for cooking, grilling, smoking, flambé, roasting and smoking most of the ingredients in their kitchen. It is also around a big smoker that you will rediscover his fine and generous cuisine in the greatest respect of the old school barbecue.
