The 8th Conference on Wind Energy and Wildlife Impacts (CWW 2025) will take place in Montpellier, France, from September 8 to 12, 2025.
The conference will include:
- One day of scientific workshops
- 3 conference days with a series of lectures, sessions and a poster reception
- One day of excursions focusing on onshore and offshore winds and natural heritage areas.
CWW2025 is organized by an organizing committee made up of :
- Biotope , a leading consultant in ecology and environmental issues,
- France Renouvelables, a leading French wind and renewable energy trade association.
A Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) has been set up to help the organizing committee ensure the highest scientific quality of the conference. France Énergies Marines, the French national institute for research into marine renewable energies, and Biotope will support the work of the scientific committee.
